Job summary

Reliance Impact Inc. is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead pricing on complex ICI projects in Toronto. You will build accurate estimates from concept through tender, lead take-offs, and coordinate with subcontractors to defend margins.

This role requires 10+ years in ICI estimating, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with Bluebeam, OST, Excel, and estimating software. You will shape proposals and align with execution plans.

Qualifications

• 10+ years estimating experience in an ICI General Contracting environment.
• Strong understanding of scopes: civil/structural, architectural, mechanical/electrical coordination, finishes, and site logistics.
• Confident communicator who can negotiate, ask the hard questions, and present pricing logically.
• Detail-driven with strong judgement—accurate, fast, and calm under deadlines.
• Proficiency with common estimating tools (e.g., Bluebeam, OST, Excel, estimating software)

This role is ideal for someone who can build accurate, defendable estimates, challenge assumptions early, and partner with Operations to ensure what we sell is what we can successfully deliver.
