Job summary

Inter-Co Division 10 in Richmond, BC is seeking a Sales Estimating Representative to drive new business and manage client relationships within the construction sector.

You will quote jobs for General Contractors by reviewing drawings and specs, prepare accurate commercial construction cost estimates, source products, and follow up on quotes to win bids.

This full-time, in-office role offers a base salary plus commissions and benefits as you help grow our rapidly expanding multi-location team.

Qualifications

• Pst-Secondary Degree
• Knowledge of the construction industry asset
• A valid driver's license with access to a personal vehicle
• A strong sense of hustle and drive, with a proactive approach to customer outreach

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects
• Source products from various suppliers to obtain competitive material cost

• Call customers to conduct pre-bid calls, clarify project scopes and get on bidders lists
• Ability to balance time between estimating work and customer outreach

This position willbe responsible for:

The compensation package for this position will consist of a base salary plus commissions based on attainable sales targets.
