Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Strong knowledge of stormwater and drainage systems.
• Proven ability to build relationships and drive engagement within the engineering community.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with civil engineering firms, design consultants, municipalities, and developers.
• Conduct daily in-person visits with design firms and regulatory agencies to promote products and generate project opportunities.
• Deliver engaging lunch-and-learn sessions and professional organization presentations.
• Provide technical support to the local sales team, assisting in product positioning and specification approvals.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions (e.g., ASCE, APWA, TSPE).
• Identify and develop strategies to gain approvals from local regulatory bodies and engineering groups.
