What you’ll do
- Build knowledge, competencies, and job skills in Titans to deliver value in interactions with Prospects and Customers, reaching full performance potential.
- Shorten ramp time for new hires by creating, executing, and optimizing onboarding programs, setting clear expectations.
- Lead and support new hire training, ensuring accountability for responsibilities.
- Drive teams to peak performance by identifying gaps and developing improvement programs, reviewing activities, coaching, and adapting as needed.
- Create and train to playbooks that reinforce value and outcomes for Prospects and Customers.
- Understand Prospects and Customers deeply, translating insights into enablement programs.
- Support go-to-market strategies, including internal communications and change management.
- Coordinate program creation and execution across departments with strong cross-functional partnerships.
- Use technology (CRMs, LMS, eLearning) to measure and improve performance.
- Develop learning opportunities for different career stages, including formal training and on-the-job experiences.
What you’ll need
- Proven success in enablement and training, demonstrating impact in high-growth settings.
- Strong organizational skills and project management across multiple initiatives.
- BA/BS degree with 3-5 years related experience in training and enablement.
- B2B SaaS experience.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize, motivate, and build stakeholder relationships.
- Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Proficiency with CRMs, LMS, eLearning software.
- Deep knowledge of the function’s processes and experience with the ServiceTitan platform in a post-sales role.
- Leadership or people management experience; industry experience in home services is a plus.
