Full Job Description

Sales and Education Coordinator: The Sales and Education Coordinator is responsible for providing training and sales support within the assigned territory of Vancouver, BC, focusing on the Pharmaprix and Sephora accounts.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Achieving sales goals as determined by management in assigned stores throughout the territory.
  2. Conducting all in-store trainings for Pharmaprix and Sephora in line with company expectations.
  3. Planning and executing in-store events in conjunction with the Sales Director to support Pharmaprix, Sephora, and Mario Badescu initiatives.
  4. Working with store management for visual placement in-store.
  5. Establishing and developing strong relationships at the store level with Pharmaprix and Sephora, Store Leadership, and District Managers.
  6. Handling in-store training of Mario Badescu selling specialists (if applicable) and store personnel for new product launches and core product categories.
  7. Leading strong partnerships with Sephora BAs, Pharmaprix CMs, and clients by providing service and support for any needs when in store.
  8. Maintaining regular communication regarding opportunities for brand participation in additional training, events, or BA/employee support.
  9. Maintaining a regular call cycle to stores and effectively managing schedules and travel when applicable.
  10. Using company-supported reports and tools to create customized in-store strategies related to BAs/employee training and selling experience.

Qualifications:

  • Esthetics license preferred.
  • Hours of work must be flexible to meet job objectives.
