Job Posting: Director of Sales – Staybridge Suites Montreal Airport-St Laurent (Opening July 2025)

Staybridge Suites Montreal Airport, a new hotel opening in July 2025, is looking for a passionate, bilingual (French and English) Director of Sales to join our pre-opening team. Located near Montreal’s airport area, our hotel is set to offer exceptional services to both business and leisure travelers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute the sales plan, ensuring its integration into the daily operations of the sales department.
• Supervise, manage, and train the sales team through activities, training sessions, and sales meetings to meet sales targets across various markets.
• Be responsible for meeting budgeted revenues and increasing market share.
• Oversee and develop all marketing aspects of the hotel, including the production and distribution of documents, advertisements, and website management.
• Ensure the integrity of national account data and oversee related information in reservation systems.
• Prepare daily, monthly, and annual reports as required.
• Collaborate with the revenue department to maximize profits, RevPar, average rate, and occupancy.
• Perform any other tasks as requested by the General Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales director position.
• Degree in hotel management (college or university level).
• Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).
• Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to work under pressure and flexibility in handling multiple tasks.
• Team-oriented with strong leadership and motivation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
