Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Support Manager to lead our Sales Development tools strategy, focusing on standardisation and consolidation. This role aims to improve management, cost, and operational efficiencies, leveraging AI for optimisation. Sitting within the Marketing Operations Team, supporting the global marketing organization and Sales Development team, the ideal candidate will manage SDR support tools, consolidate these based on use cases, and drive standardisation. Strong soft skills are essential for effective cross-regional collaboration, along with expertise in sales enablement and marketing automation tools such as Eloqua and Salesforce (SFDC). The person will provide technical support by liaising with MarTech, MOPS support, and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage SDR Tools: Oversee implementation, maintenance, and optimisation of SDR tools in collaboration with IT and Marketing Operations.
  2. Tool Consolidation: Evaluate and consolidate SDR tools based on use cases to streamline operations.
  3. Standardisation: Develop and implement standard processes for SDR tools and operations.
  4. Sales Enablement Tools: Manage and optimise tools to support the SDR team.
  5. Issue Resolution & Troubleshooting: Collaborate with teams to resolve operational issues affecting workflows, lead routing, attribution, or campaigns.
  6. Cross-Regional Collaboration: Work with teams across regions for alignment and effective communication.
  7. Training & Support: Provide ongoing training and support to SDRs, collaborating with vendors.
  8. AI Integration: Leverage AI to enhance sales and marketing activities, identifying suitable solutions.
  9. Change Management & Communication: Lead communication efforts around tool updates and changes.
Your Profile
  • 5+ years in MarTech, RevOps, or Sales Support, focusing on tools and systems.
  • Strong understanding of SDR workflows and supporting technology.
  • Hands-on experience with SDR tools, Eloqua, and Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Knowledge of third-party data tools like Cognism, Zoominfo, Lusha.
  • Experience or knowledge of AI tools for sales development and marketing.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset for analysing tool performance and adoption.

Additional Information

Salary range: $75,700 - $90,600 CAD annually, based on function, level, and scope. Final offers depend on experience, location, and expertise.
