About The Role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll be at the forefront of our revenue growth strategy, acting as the first point of contact for potential clients. This is not just another SDR role—it’s a launchpad into a successful sales career, with exposure to the full spectrum of modern go-to-market strategies.

You will engage with prospects through inbound leads generated by demand generation campaigns, outbound outreach to key accounts using ABM (Account-Based Marketing), and by identifying expansion opportunities within existing customers. You'll receive world-class training, coaching, and support, with a clear path for career progression into closing roles.

A Day in the Life of a Guideline SDR

  • Rapid Follow-Up: Respond immediately to inbound leads from our demand generation campaigns, showing prospects the value of Guideline from the first touchpoint.
  • Targeted Prospecting: Research and identify key accounts and decision-makers as part of personalized outbound ABM campaigns.
  • Daily Outreach: Make 25–30 outbound calls per day, plus emails and social touches to drive engagement.
  • Booked Meetings: Conduct 2–3 discovery calls on many days with prospects you’ve sourced, delivering compelling overviews of how Guideline can impact their business.
  • Team Collaboration: Engage in daily stand-ups, share insights with marketing and sales, and continually refine your outreach approach.
