The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation by proactively reaching out to targeted outbound prospects creating qualified opportunities for Account Executives
  • Keep an up-to-date record of your activities, opportunities, and account information in our CRM system.
  • You’ll be accountable for consistently achieving monthly quotas for qualified leads, ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities

Qualifications

  • Proven SDR Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales development or lead generation role, preferably in a tech, SaaS, or B2B environment. Experience in identifying and engaging decision-makers is key.
  • Goal-Oriented: You thrive on setting and hitting targets. Your drive to succeed is matched only by your ability to stay organized and focused on your goals.
  • Strong Communicator: You’re a natural at building rapport, whether it’s over email, phone, or social media. You know how to craft personalized outreach that grabs attention and fosters meaningful conversations.
  • Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable using modern sales tools and CRMs to streamline processes and track progress.
