Job summary

TÜV SÜD AG is seeking a proactive sales professional to enhance their business development efforts in Canada. This remote full-time role requires expertise in inside sales, ideally within technical training solutions. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills and a solid ability to manage the full sales cycle while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Strong knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office Suite; able to use tools to track progress, analyze data, and manage outreach.

Demonstrated confidence in cold calling and handling objections with professionalism.

Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized with strong time management skills.

Collaborative team player who works well across marketing and delivery teams to align outreach with training offerings.

Bilingual proficiency in English and French is a strong asset.

Education and Experience:

A bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, education, or a related field is a plus.

Over 5 years of proven experience in inside sales, business development, and SDR role.

Demonstrated experience selling technical trainings solutions in Canada.

Familiarity with Canadian business practices, training regulations, and standards

Proven ability to build and manage a full sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, closing, and post-sale follow-up.

Experienced in using CRM systems to manage sales pipelines, track KPIs, and generate accurate sales forecasts.
