Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach

  1. Identify and research potential customers through various channels.
  2. Conduct cold outreach via email, phone, and social media to engage prospects.
  3. Qualify inbound leads and assess their fit for the company’s services.
Pipeline Management

  1. Maintain and organize leads in the CRM system for efficient tracking.
  2. Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified leads and Account Executives.
  3. Track and report on outreach performance and lead conversion metrics.
Collaboration

  1. Work closely with marketing to align lead generation efforts with campaigns.
  2. Share insights from prospects with sales and product teams to refine messaging.
  3. Ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads to Account Executives.
Continuous Improvement

  1. Refine outreach messaging and strategies based on data-driven insights.
  2. Stay informed about industry trends and the company’s evolving product offerings.
  3. Participate in ongoing sales training and development programs.
What You Bring

  1. 1-3 years of experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably in a startup or SaaS environment.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  4. Comfortable with cold outreach and handling objections.
  5. Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms.
