Developers and owners no longer need to run building wiring or install in-unit hardware. Property managers can grant building access, revoke permissions, and review entry logs from an online dashboard. Residents can open doors from their smartphones, issue visitor access, and see who is trying to enter the building.

ButterflyMX is looking for a self-motivated Sales Development Representative to help grow our business. This role involves managing outbound and inbound leads, identifying key decision makers, initiating calls, qualifying active interest, and developing initial relationships with potential and existing clients.

Note: This position requires travel to NYC during the first week for training.

Responsibilities:
  1. Build revenue pipeline by setting introductory meetings with target influencers and decision-makers.
  2. Research and develop new and existing accounts through adding contacts, outbound calling, and strategic emailing.
  3. Make initial contact with prospects; assess or enhance their interest in ButterflyMX.
  4. Qualify and nurture leads through planned cadences.
  5. Collaborate with sales teams to generate demand, prioritize leads, and build a relevant pipeline.
  6. Respond to inbound sales inquiries from prospective clients.
  7. Achieve sales and performance targets, including daily activity, monthly meetings, and sales qualified leads.
  8. Prioritize daily activities to meet management objectives.
  9. Manage and update leads in CRM systems accurately.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales, customer success/support, or account management.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • High accountability for personal and team work.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to take ownership.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and suggest improvements.
  • Experience with AI tools in professional and personal contexts; proficiency in leveraging AI is crucial.
