About the job: The Sales Development Representative (SDR) focuses on prospecting, lead qualification, and building relationships with potential clients in Central Europe and North America, in collaboration with Graitec’s headquarters located in Paris, France.

This role can evolve into an Account Manager position, overseeing businesses in both regions to ensure consistent and effective management. We are looking for a candidate eager to progress quickly into roles such as Account Manager or Business Development Executive, which will involve travel between Canada and Europe.

Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Number of open positions: 1

Terms of Employment – Full-time (37.5 hours per week).

Salary: $64,500 to $67,000.

  • Every employee is entitled to three weeks of vacations, 2 PTO per year, sick time off of 5 personal days.
  • 80% coverage on generic substitute of prescription drug.
  • 100% coverage on the following: Prescription glasses, contact lenses, laser eye surgery, eye exam, visual training.
  • PHYSIO/ATHLETIC THERAPY ($750/Calendar year)
  • ACUPUNCTURIST ($750/Calendar year)
  • MASSAGE THERAPY ($750/Calendar year)
  • PODIATRIST/CHIROPODIST ($750/Calendar year)
  • NATUROPATH/DIETICIAN ($750/Calendar year)
  • CHIROPRACTOR ($750/Calendar year)
  • OSTEOPATH ($750/Calendar year)
  • Dental - $2000 combined maximum for all services per calendar year (Basic services, Supplementary services, major restoration, dentures).
  • HEALTH & WELLNESS - Every employee is entitled to $150.00 per calendar year to dedicate to their choice of health and wellness activity.
  • RRSP Contributions - The Employee may participate in the Employer’s RRSP plan after six (6) full months of employment after the date of hire. When the Employee is eligible to participate, the Employee must reach out to Royal Bank of Canada, the Employer’s RRSP administrator, to initiate participation and set up their RRSP contributions. If the Employee participates, the Employer will contribute 100% up to a maximum of 2.5% of the Employee’s annual salary. To retain the Employer’s contribution, the Employee must remain employed for two (2) years.
  • Summer Friday- Summer Friday’s are an initiative we have started for employees to get out early and enjoy the summer (May 24th til August 30th).

Job Description:

  • Develop and manage a high volume of prospecting activities to qualify sales leads through calls, emails, and other tools.
  • Identify potential opportunities throughout the customer cycle (new business, upsell/cross-sell).
  • Work closely with account executives and marketing to develop and implement prospecting strategies.
  • Conduct qualification calls with potential buyers and schedule meetings for account executives.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions with leads and clients using internal CRM systems, ensuring continuity and follow-through across the sales cycle.
  • Prepare and tailor sales presentations and proposals to communicate the value of Graitec’s solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve client issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in planning sessions to refine sales approaches and adjust tactics based on market feedback and data.
  • Stay up to date on industry developments and evolving customer needs to better position Graitec’s offerings in the market.
  • Analyze competitor activity and contribute insights to refine our value proposition and go-to-market strategy.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales and customer engagement processes through regular feedback and collaboration.
