The role of a Sales Development Representative at Canonical

What your day will look like
  1. Handle inbound customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
  2. Execute outbound sales and marketing campaigns.
  3. Travel to events and conferences worldwide, presenting at booths and driving face-to-face marketing and sales opportunities.
  4. Collaborate across multiple teams and with senior stakeholders to achieve results.
  5. Work with marketing on campaigns.
  6. Research prospective customer information.
  7. Generate a multi-million pound pipeline.
  8. Identify prospects and market trends.
  9. Help define team processes and policies.
  10. Engage with new and existing customers, setting up meetings and actively mapping accounts to identify new opportunities.
  11. Create, update, maintain, and nurture leads on global opportunities.
