You will coach SDRs on performance, monitor lead processes and KPIs, and partner with leadership to build the strongest SDR function in the country, driving pipeline and revenue growth through proactive outbound activity.

Formación

• Experience leading an SDR/BDR team in a high-velocity environment.
• Proven ability to shape outbound strategy and drive pipeline.
• Strong communication and coaching skills with a data-driven approach.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage SDR team objectives and performance.
• Shape, implement, and optimize SDR processes and outbound campaigns.
• Recruit, onboard, and coach new SDRs; conduct regular 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Report to senior management on operational KPIs and pipeline metrics.
