Canon Canada Inc. is seeking a Sales Database Associate Analyst (SQL) for a hybrid role in Canada. You will maintain and transform data to improve sales analytics and territory management, reporting to the Senior Manager Sales Performance.

The position requires SQL Server and Salesforce expertise, with a focus on data integrity, reporting automation, and CRM data quality. Hybrid schedule includes in-office and remote days, with a base compensation range aligned to Canon’s policies.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of related work experience.
• Advanced computer/technical skills, including SQL Server and Salesforce.
• Intermediate projects/processes, time management, and multitasking skills for planning, scheduling data transformation and handling multiple requests.
• MS SQL Certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Merging information from multiple databases to create new lists.
• Preparing and creating reports, such as top customer and annual transition files.
• Integrating database platforms to improve reporting functionality.
• Uploading files to the CRM, and performing mass cleansing of account data records in the CRM.
• Auditing the CRM data for accuracy.

To Succeed, You Will Need:
