Job description

WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE

The National Accounts Coordinator will serve as the client’s point of contact for all installation projects. He/she will ensure excellent customer support and act as the liaison between various stakeholders during and after the installation process.

YOUR DAILY ROUTINE

  • Create and maintain the schedule for installations at client locations
  • Ensure the smooth execution of projects with both internal and external agents
  • Serve as the client’s primary contact while coordinating the project with our installation partners
  • Participate in calls between the client and the installation partner
  • Coordinate with Damotech’s various departments to address corrections or follow-ups on mandates
  • Monitor billing processes following installations
  • Ensure data integrity across Damotech’s platforms
  • Perform any other related tasks as required.
