We believe in the power of diversity and teamwork. We need both collaborative and individual responsibility to effectively organize around our customer's problems.

The Sales Coordinator works closely with and supports the sales process in meeting annual sales goals by assisting the sales team with their customer requirements for products and services prior to creating the order package.

This role requires regular communication with both internal and external customers regarding order/project product and service requirements; ensuring the orders align with company guidelines and maintain integrity and brand image.

The successful candidate will be responsible for Sales Support & Administration, Quotation Management, Order Preparation, and Customer Relationship Management.

WHAT DO WE OFFER

We offer competitive health benefits, wellness and healthcare spending accounts, and a holiday package that includes the week between Christmas and New Year’s off. You’ll also be joining a growing team, with ample growth opportunities if you demonstrate the knowledge, expertise, and passion to grow with the organization.

This is a full-time permanent position based in our well-designed and furnished office. You’ll primarily work Monday to Friday, with occasional extended hours as projects demand. We have a strong corporate culture and a team of engaged and motivated individuals.

THE DAY TO DAY

  • Attend sales, team, and customer meetings as required
  • Assist sales with proposal/RFP development and printing for customer presentations
  • Maintain documentation standards for all account activities; follow Customer First dealership processes and procedures
  • Work cooperatively with team members to achieve sales goals and business objectives
  • Maintain high levels of service and accuracy within assigned duties
  • Assist sales and project team members in pricing, product research, sourcing, and technical order information such as C.O.M. requirements
  • Interface with vendors on discounts, product specifications, lead times, manufacturing reservations, and special requirements
  • Assist sales with quotation preparation, review, and printing for customer presentations
  • Provide spec checks for ancillary quotations prior to client presentation
  • Communicate with internal and external customers regarding order requirements and support the order fulfillment process
  • Develop ancillary product specifications; produce detailed, accurate quotes and present them timely
  • Initiate service quotes for deliveries and orders
  • Apply costs and sell amounts based on contracts, margins, and pricing guidelines
  • Respond to customer requests and define scope of work and installation requirements
  • Arrange loaner products for customer trials
  • Provide clarifications and answers regarding quotations or order issues
  • Assist in resolving acknowledgment discrepancies with vendors
  • Ensure Customer First standards are met for all activities

YOU BRING THE FOLLOWING

You are customer-focused with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Your experience in project coordination, customer service, or technical administration supporting interior design or sales teams has laid a solid foundation for this role. Experience in a furniture dealership and understanding of the industry are advantageous. Being LEED certified or working towards it is a plus. Strong administrative and organizational skills are essential.

This role involves managing complex sales, prioritizing competing tasks, and working with multiple stakeholders. Experience in similar environments will be crucial for success. The number of projects managed will vary based on size and scope.
