Your Duties:

  1. Understand and assess customer needs, offering personalized assistance.
  2. Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
  3. Conduct test drives and negotiate terms for a seamless closing process.
  4. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  5. Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
  6. Educate customers on financing options, warranties, and additional products.
  7. Complete accurate and timely paperwork, collaborating with the finance department.
  8. Utilize various channels, including social media (videos), to generate leads.
  9. Conduct daily inventory walk arounds.
  10. Prioritize customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues.
  11. Collaborate with colleagues for a cohesive work environment.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred but not required.
  2. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  3. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  4. Strong communication skills.
  5. Basic understanding of automotive financing options.
  6. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
  7. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  8. Valid OMVIC Automotive License (preferred but not required).
