Responsibilities

1. Wisely purchase and appraise between 200 and 1000 vehicles per month, doing it better than anyone else.
2. Lead, nurture, and motivate a team to handle this volume of business effectively.
3. Treat our business as if it were your own.
4. Build long-term clientele through effective sales strategies.
5. Handle leasing processes.
6. Meet and greet customers on the lot and in the showroom.

This role requires a candidate who finds these tasks manageable and can train others to succeed in appointment setting and customer engagement.

Requirements

• Car sales experience is a must.
