Are you a driven sales professional ready to take on an exciting role with America's leading window & door company?

As a Sales Consultant for Renewal by Andersen - Midwest & Metro, you'll help customers improve the quality of their homes with our premium window and door products and services. Our products not only provide energy efficiency, but also improve functionality and the aesthetic of the home. You will provide expert advice and guide our customers through a world-class customer service experience. You'll be responsible for providing estimates, sales solutions, and custom design options for their replacement projects.

This role is ideal for sales professionals who have a passion and strong ability to provide solutions to our customers and close sales.

Compensation :

• Full commission structure (uncapped) with current consultants earning $150,000-$300,000+
• Paid 9-week training with continued coaching and mentorship
• Full insurance package including medical, dental, vision, and life
• RRSP with employer percentage

Qualifications

• 3+ years sales experience (outside or field sales exp preferred)
• Valid Driver's License required
• Some evening and weekend availability required
• A proven track record of closing sales
• A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations
• Self-motivation and results driven
