North Shore Acura is currently seeking to fill the position of Sales Advisor.

Your daily activities will include, but are not limited to:

  1. Following up on all leads from various sources.
  2. Meeting individual and departmental goals.
  3. Promoting new business and expanding the customer base through prospecting and referrals.
  4. Providing an exceptional customer experience to exceed expectations.
  5. Demonstrating high product knowledge, including participating in product training.
  6. Setting monthly productivity goals and planning how to achieve them.
  7. Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of all vehicle models.

What we are looking for in the ideal candidate:

  • Effective negotiation skills with sound decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain rapport with customers.
  • Willingness to work hard and meet deadlines.
  • Punctuality and reliability.
  • Self-motivated with an outgoing attitude.
  • Procedure-oriented approach.
  • Excellent customer service skills, both verbal and written.
  • Quick adaptability to sales processes and the automotive industry.
  • Strong customer care skills.
  • Ability to follow up on leads and close sales.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Strong work ethics.
  • Proficiency in computer skills (Internet & MS Office) and record-keeping using computerized systems.
  • Vehicle product knowledge is an asset; extensive manufacturer training will be provided.
  • Previous automotive sales experience is an asset.
  • Valid VSA License is required.
  • Possession of a valid British Columbia Driver’s License and a current ICBC driver’s record abstract.
