Job summary

The Brick in Scarborough, ON is seeking Sales Consultants with a strong customer service mindset to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-based environment. You will assist customers, build relationships, and stay knowledgeable about Brick products and services, while working as part of a collaborative team.

This role emphasizes relationship selling, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and strong multitasking abilities to meet personal and team goals while earning commissions and a minimum

Qualifications

Responsibilities

As a Sales Consultant, you have a passion for customerservice and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This vital quality allows youto be a team oriented individual who enjoys:

• Work with others to accomplish both common and personal goals

Compensation:

This position is 100% commission. Sales Consultantswill receive credit for the hours worked within the pay period and minimum wageis paid for those hours, if commissions are not greater than minimum wage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Proven ability to multitask and stay organized
• Ability to learn new computer applications
• Flexibility to work all shifts as required, including evenings and weekends
