Job summary

You’ll sell new and pre-owned vehicles and manage the full sales cycle, from walk-ins to delivery. You will handle phone and digital leads, consistently hit targets, and build repeat business while maintaining CRM activity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven sales success (automotive preferred).
• Strong closing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• High energy, competitive mindset, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to self-manage in a performance-driven environment.
• Comfort with CRM systems and digital leads.
