Job summary

Dilawri Group of Companies in Markham Acura seeks a proactive Sales Consultant to grow our customer base and deliver exceptional car-buying experiences. This commission-based role rewards success through performance-driven pay and strong product training.

You will follow up on leads, achieve monthly goals, and build lasting relationships by sourcing new customers and providing outstanding service across a range of models.

Qualifications

• Industry experience preferred.
• Valid Ontario Driver's License with 3+ years driving experience.
• Valid OMVIC license required.
• Cantonese or Mandarin language skills are assets.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on all leads from a variety of sources.
• Meet individual and department goals.
• Promote new business and contribute to the customer base by sourcing new customers through prospecting and referrals.
• Provide a superior experience for our customers to exceed their expectations.
• Demonstrate a high level of product knowledge, including participating in product training available.
• Set goals for each month’s productivity; plan and organize how to reach those objectives.
• Maintain strong knowledge of all vehicle models.
