At Bannister KIA Chilliwack, we’re not looking for old-school car salespeople. We’re looking for social-savvy, self-driven, customer-obsessed entrepreneurs who want to treat this like it’s their own business — because that’s exactly what it is.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Building your own customer pipeline and generating traffic — online and offline

Owning your brand — creating content, running your own FB Marketplace listings, and turning browsers into buyers

Helping people find the right vehicle for their life and budget (and maybe having a few laughs along the way)

Following up like a boss — phone, text, DMs, email… whatever it takes

Being a part of a high-performing, supportive, and actually fun team

What We’re Looking For:

Someone who gets social media — reels, stories, posts, marketplace, the works

You understand that sales today isn’t just about waiting for walk-ins — you drive your own traffic

Comfortable on camera — you don’t have to be a TikTok star, but you shouldn’t freeze up in a selfie video either

Driven, competitive, and coachable — you want to win, and you want to grow

Bonus points if you’ve got previous sales, retail, or customer service experience — but we’re happy to train the right attitude
