Position Overview

As a Commission-Based Sales Specialist at Intero Solutions, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy. You?ll identify and engage potential clients, introduce them to our flexible service offerings, and close deals that help Canadian businesses thrive. This role is 100% commission-based, designed for motivated self-starters who want control over their earnings and enjoy selling meaningful solutions to SMBs.

You?ll play a critical role in building our client base, with uncapped earning potential and the opportunity to grow into larger roles as we expand.

We?re building a team of energetic, ambitious sales specialists who are passionate about helping businesses succeed.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll generate qualified leads and book sales demonstrations for our team through:

  • Attending and networking at business events and Chamber of Commerce meetings
  • Conducting door-to-door business visits and drop-ins
  • Executing strategic cold calling campaigns
  • Building and nurturing your professional network
  • Representing Intero Solutions at trade shows and industry events
  • Proactively identify and engage prospective small and medium-sized businesses
  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, and social platforms (LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate Intero services
  • Manage sales pipeline and follow up consistently to close deals
  • Maintain accurate records of prospecting and sales activities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and campaigns
  • Stay informed about industry trends and Intero?s evolving services
  • Represent Intero?s mission and values with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Nurture Partnerships, Vendors, and Client Accounts by building long-term relationships
  • Attend weekly sales and strategy meetings
  • Consistently meet sales targets and KPI's

Qualifications

  • Proven B2B experience in sales, business development, or lead generation with a track record of success
  • Experience engaging with and selling to business owners and C-level executives

  • Comfortable with cold outreach and lead prospecting
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to exceed targets
  • Exceptional time management abilities
  • Professional appearance to represent Intero Solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand business challenges and position solutions effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (experience with Monday.com, HubSpot, or similar is an asset)
  • Comfortable with a 1-6 month sales cycle
  • Strong closing skills and follow-through
  • Understanding of Canadian small business challenges is a strong advantage
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping businesses grow
