The Opportunity

If you love to travel, we’re looking for EPIC Sales Centre Agents to join our team. This full-time position involves helping customers book their dream vacations and guiding them through their travel plans, often being the first step in the "Every Step of the Way..." customer journey.

• Schedule: Full-time, 35 hours/week with potential overtime
• Shift: Variable, including mornings, evenings, weekends on rotation
• Business Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-12am; Sat-Sun 9am-6pm
• Work Location: Remote, with occasional office visits
• Training: Starts June 16, 2025
• Equipment: Company-provided, high-speed internet required

• Proficient with computers and software (Google, Word, Outlook)

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound calls from customers and partners
• Match customer needs with products and secure bookings
• Provide feedback and suggestions for service improvement
• Learn and navigate software systems
• Collaborate to resolve customer issues
• Gain product knowledge to answer customer questions

What You’ll Need

• Flexibility for evenings and weekends
• Remote work capability
• 1+ year customer service and sales experience (preferred)
• Call centre experience (preferred)
• Computer proficiency
• TICO/Opp certification (a plus)
