If you are eager to grow your career, this positionbuilds the foundation fora variety of opportunitieswithinSunwingTravel Group!This is a full-time position thathelpsguide our customers to book the vacation of their dreamsandassists them with their travel plans. In many cases, you will be the first step in our “Every Step of the Way…” customer journey!

• Schedule:Full time, 35 hours a week with possibility of overtime when needed
• Shift:Variable and dependent on business needs. Mornings/ Evenings & Weekends on a rotation basis
• Business Hours:Monday to Friday from 8am to 12am and Saturday/Sundays from9am to6pm.
• Work Location:Remote Work/ May need to go to office location periodically as needed
• Equipment:Computer equipment will be provided. High speed internet and access to a modem is required.

• Computer skills, the ability to navigate software easily (Google, Word, Outlook,…) and the ability to type with attention to detail.
• You have access to a quiet workplace, High Speed internet and a direct connection to a modem.

What You’ll Do:

• Answer inbound phone calls from business partners and direct consumers efficiently and accurately.
• Match customer needs with the products we have to offer and secure the booking for them.
• Share feedback, trends, and suggestions from customers to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Learn the software systems to be able to communicate effectively with incoming requests.
• Work with colleagues when necessary to resolve customer complaints.
• Learn about the products inside and out to be able to answer any questions from customers.

What You’ll Need:

• Able to be flexible with your work schedule- evenings and weekends required.
• Able to work in a remote environment.
• Customer Service and Sales experience 1 year (preferred).
• Call Centre experience (preferred).
• Ability to work with computers and different software.
• TICO/ OPC certification is a great asset.
