We are seeking an experienced and driven Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Data & Analytics consulting and a proven track record in sales. This role requires a strategic thinker who can work closely with our partners, other sales professionals, and both new and existing accounts to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
Business Development:
Identify and target new business opportunities within the EU market.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, utilizing various channels such as partner relationships(Microsoft, Databricks, and others), networking, cold calling, and digital marketing.
Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to network and promote the company’s services.
Collaborate with our partners to develop joint sales strategies and initiatives.
Work closely with other sales team members to share insights, strategies, and best practices.
Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions and services.
Engage with marketing teams to develop and refine sales materials, presentations, and campaigns.
Sales Strategy:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans and strategies to achieve company revenue and growth objectives.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to continuously improve sales approaches.
Segment and prioritize target markets and accounts based on potential and strategic importance.
Negotiation and Closing:
Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring that contracts and agreements are beneficial to both the client and the company.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
Close deals efficiently, ensuring all terms are clearly communicated and understood by all parties involved.
Customer Feedback and Advocacy:
Gather and analyze customer feedback to understand their needs and improve service offerings.
Act as a client advocate within the company, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
Foster long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.
Handle administrative tasks related to sales operations, such as contract management and coordination with finance.
Performance Monitoring:
Monitor sales performance against targets and KPIs, adjusting strategies as needed to meet objectives.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in IT consulting or cloud software vendor (Microsoft, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.), with a focus on data management services (data migration, DWH, data engineering, BI, AI\ML).
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of the data management landscape and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Proactive: Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Language: Proficiency in English is required. Additional European languages are a plus.
