Job summary

Mitch is seeking a Commercial Lines Sales Broker to join our growing team. You will use your insurance expertise to analyze client risk, recommend coverage from Canada's top carriers, and build strong relationships with prospects and clients. Lead generation is provided; no cold calling required.

You will work in a flexible, remote-friendly environment across Canada, earning a base salary plus uncapped commissions. If you’re entrepreneurial, coachable, and driven to win, we want you.

Qualifications

• Three+ years at an insurance brokerage.
• Commercial Lines sales experience required.
• RIBO licence is required.

Contact with clients will be through multiple channels using modern technology and tools, connecting you to your leads quickly and effectively. There’s no cold calling, and we’ll provide you with leads, so all you need to focus on is building strong relationships and making the sale. Your qualifications

You’ve worked at an insurance brokerage for three or more years and have Commercial Lines sales experience. You also have your RIBO licence.

We offer a results-driven compensation package for our Sales Brokers, including a $50,000–$60,000 annual base salary plus uncapped commission tied to performance.
