Job summary

The Wine Shop at Andrew Peller Limited is seeking a friendly sales teammate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience, assist customers, and provide product knowledge. You will also handle transactions, merchandise displays, and maintain cleanliness to support store standards.

Requirements include 2 years of customer service, Smart Serve, basic Windows skills, and the ability to lift 40 lbs. Shift flexibility, including weekends and holidays, is needed, with starting pay of $17.60/hour and

• 2 years of customer service experience required.
• Smart Serve Certification.
• Working knowledge of Windows applications (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Ensure total customer satisfaction and outstanding service.
• Assist customers with purchases and provide product information.
• Assist with product shipments and merchandising, including light cleaning.

• 2 years of customer service experience required

• Ability to consistently lift 40lbs on a regular basis

• Assist customers with their purchases and provides them with product information when required
• Assists with product shipments and merchandising, including light cleaning of shelves and display units
• Handle cash and accurately balance the till
