Job summary

The Wine Shop in Hamilton is seeking an energetic sales teammate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will assist customers, provide product information, and help maintain shelves and displays.

The role requires guest service focus, familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays, and a Smart Serve certification. Benefits include wine allotment, staff education, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated guest/customer service excellence focus
• Experience working with computer-based point of sale systems and handling cash an asset
• 2 years of customer service experience required
• Smart Serve Certification
• Working knowledge of Windows application including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Ability to consistently lift 40 lbs on a regular basis

We are currently looking for an extraordinary teammate to join us at The Wine Shop. We are seeking professional, passionate sales individuals focused on delivering a superior shopping experience to our customers. This role is being posted to fill an existing vacancy.
