Job summary

Sleep Country Canada is hiring a full-time Sales Associate to engage customers, promote products, and maintain attractive store presentations in Surrey. You will help with receiving, organizing, and inventory counts while collaborating with the Sales team to exceed goals.

You will participate in extensive product training and have the opportunity to earn commissions, with benefits including medical and dental coverage and a strong wellness program.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Retail and/or Customer Service.
• Positive, optimistic attitude with strong customer focus.
• Ambitious and willing to commit to continuous education and learning.
• Available to work days, evenings and weekends.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Work together as part of the Sales team to exceed goals and expectations

The Qualifications and Experience we like to see:

• Ideally have 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Retail and/or Customer Service, this isconsidered an asset and not mandatoryas we will invest in the right person!
• A positive, optimistic attitude and a strong customer focus
• Be ambitious and willing to commit to continuous education and learning
• Available to work days, evenings and weekends
