Job summary

Sleep Country Canada is hiring for a full-time Sales role where you will engage customers, promote our products, and help keep our stores inviting and well-stocked. You will work closely with the Sales team to exceed goals and deliver exceptional service.

We support your growth with extensive training, medical and dental benefits, and an annual wellness credit. Expect commission-based earnings with potential to reach about $70,000 per year, depending on performance and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in Sales, Retail and/or Customer Service; asset but not mandatory.
• Positive, optimistic attitude with strong customer focus.
• Ambitious and willing to commit to continuous education and learning.
• Available to work days, evenings and weekends.
• Critical thinking skills and the ability to tackle problems independently.

• Ensure our stores are always visually appealing through product presentation, replenishment and store housekeeping
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and completing inventory counts to ensure accurate stock levels
• Work together as part of the Sales team to exceed goals and expectations

The Qualifications and Experience we like to see:

• Ideally have 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Retail and/or Customer Service, this isconsidered an asset and not mandatoryas we will invest in the right person!
