Job summary

Sleep Country Canada is hiring a full-time Sales Associate in Ontario. You will engage with customers to identify needs, promote our quality products and service offerings, and help keep stores visually appealing.

Responsibilities include stock replenishment, inventory counts, and teamwork to exceed goals. This role offers commission potential, full medical/dental benefits, and extensive training to support growth and customer care.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in Sales, Retail or Customer Service desired, but training will be provided.
• Positive attitude with strong customer focus and willingness to learn.
• Must be available to work days, evenings and weekends.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems independently.

In this current open role, you will:

• Ensure our stores are always visually appealing through product presentation, replenishment and store housekeeping
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and completing inventory counts to ensure accurate stock levels
• Work together as part of the Sales team to exceed goals and expectations

The Qualifications and Experience we like to see:

• Ideally have 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Retail and/or Customer Service, this isconsidered an asset and not mandatoryas we will invest in the right person!
• A positive, optimistic attitude and a strong customer focus
• Be ambitious and willing to commit to continuous education and learning
• Available to work days, evenings and weekends
• Critical thinking skills and the ability tackle problems on your own
