Sleep Country Canada/Dormez-vous? is hiring a Sales Associate to be at the heart of the customer experience, working with Silk & Snow and Sleep Country Canada at one location. You will assist customers at both storefronts and receive development opportunities to become a Sleep Expert.

The role offers base salary plus commissions and bonuses, with benefits like medical and dental coverage, a Deferred Profit-Sharing Program, wellness credits, and generous associate discounts.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Retail and/or Customer Service.

We're looking for a Sales Associate to be at the heart of the customer experience with two iconic Canadian brands, Silk & Snow and Sleep Country Canada at one combined location. This unique position will allow you to work at a Sleep Country storefront as well as assist customers at the Silk & Snow storefront. We provide our associates with continuous learning and development opportunities as well as the tools to help them become true Sleep Experts.

• Based on our national average sales commission & bonus earnings, you have the potential to earn $70,000 per year. (These figures represent historical averages but does not represent a guaranteed minimum income). There are no limits to your earning potential!
• This is a current open full-time industry leading position that offers a base salary plus competitive commission as well as monetary bonuses for meeting monthly targets.

As a Sales Associate You Will

The Qualifications And Experience We Like To See
