Sleep Country Canada/Dormezvous is seeking a dynamic sales associate to engage customers, present products, and contribute to a high-energy team environment. This full-time role requires availability days, evenings and weekends, with a commission-based earning potential.

You will help keep stores visually appealing, assist with inventory counts, and work with the Sales team to exceed goals, while enjoying a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and employee discounts.

Qualificações

• 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Retail and/or Customer Service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Positive, optimistic attitude and strong customer focus.
• Willing to commit to continuous education and learning.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain store presentation, replenish stock, and keep area clean and organized.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and counting inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.

Description D'emploi

In this role, you will:

• Engage with customers to identify their needs and wants, promote our quality products and service offerings
• Ensure our stores are always visually appealing through product presentation, replenishment and store housekeeping
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and completing inventory counts to ensure accurate stock levels
• Work together as part of the Sales team to exceed goals and expectations

The Qualifications And Experience We Like To See

• Ideally have 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Retail and/or Customer Service, this is considered an asset and not mandatory as we will invest in the right person!
• A positive, optimistic attitude and a strong customer focus
• Be ambitious and willing to commit to continuous education and learning
• Available to work days, evenings and weekends
• Critical thinking skills and the ability tackle problems on your own
