Job summary

Kognitive Sales Solutions is hiring Retail Sales Consultant across Canada to represent a trusted financial brand inside major retail locations. You will engage customers, educate them on credit card products, and guide decisions that fit their lifestyle.

You will become the in-store expert, drive brand awareness, and deliver outstanding service from the initial hello through to the application. Flexible schedules, onboarding, and ongoing coaching support your long-term success.

Qualifications

• Naturally energized by meeting new people and starting conversations.
• Comfortable with sales goals and eager to exceed them.
• Excellent listening skills and ability to adapt to the customer in front of you.
• Experience in sales or customer‑facing roles is an asset.
• Willing to complete a criminal and credit background check.

Compensation

• Base wage $17.75/hr plus uncapped commission
• Permanent full-time or part-time positions available
• Flexible schedule Monday through Sunday, 9am to 9pm
