Qualifications

Moose Knuckles is seeking part-time sales associates to join our team. We dare to be different, and you should too. Service for us is about being authentic, irreverent, and honest. We elevate the experience by being ourselves. You should have luxury retail experience and understand the importance of quality craftsmanship, product knowledge, outreach, and genuine connections. You will enhance the customer experience at every step and strive for better results each shift.

Some of what you’ll do :

• Sell products, build client relationships, and provide memorable experiences to each customer
• Engage in genuine conversations with customers
• Share relevant and detailed product knowledge during interactions
• Provide quick and efficient service
• Handle large transactions with attention to detail
• Gather customer information for follow-up and email campaigns
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards
• Understand the importance of diversity and inclusion in daily interactions
• Follow company policies, procedures, and operations

Some of what you’ll need :

• At least 2 years of experience in mid-luxury or luxury retail
• Proactive in reaching out to valued customers with tailored offers
• Knowledge of key performance metrics related to our jackets and the ability to communicate them charmingly
• Ability to elevate the customer experience for everyone who enters
• Always greet customers warmly with water, a smile, and a friendly joke
• Honest and transparent with customers
• Teamwork-oriented mindset
• Willing to let colleagues take the lead on sales when appropriate
• Ready to assist with cleaning and store maintenance proactively
