Job summary

Vessi Footwear, born in Vancouver, Canada, is seeking an energetic in-store associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience in Richmond. You will act as a brand ambassador, share product knowledge, and drive sales while maintaining excellent store operations.

Responsibilities

• Be a Vessi brand ambassador. Live our Core Values and create a seamless, memorable in-store experience for every customer.
• Drive sales and customer satisfaction through strong product knowledge and genuine, helpful service.
• Handle day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing, POS transactions, fittings, merchandising, and receiving and processing stock.
• Keep the store clean and organized. That includes cleaning and drying footwear and maintaining our water installations and fixtures.
• Other duties as required.

Wage Range: $18.25-$19.25 per hour
