Job summary

Vessi is seeking a friendly retail team member to join our in-store crew in Burnaby, BC. You’ll greet customers, share product knowledge, and help create a welcoming shopping experience that reflects the Vessi brand.

The role focuses on delivering excellent service, driving sales, and handling day-to-day store tasks such as opening/closing, cash handling, merchandising, and stock processing. Availability during peak times is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or customer service experience.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Be a Vessi brand ambassador and create a seamless, memorable in-store experience for every customer.
• Drive sales and customer satisfaction through genuine, helpful service.
• Ask questions to understand each customer’s needs and recommend the right products for them.
• Stay up to date on products, promotions and pricing so you can sell with confidence.
• Handle day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing, POS transactions, fittings, merchandising, and receiving and processing stock.
• Keep the store clean and organized. That includes cleaning and drying footwear and maintaining our water installations and fixtures.
• Be open to coaching and feedback, and take ownership of your growth.
• Other duties as required.

Wage Range: $18.25–$19.50 per hour

What You’ll Do
