Deliver exceptional customer service and proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

Contribute to the success of the print and customer service areas by utilizing our selling model and learning all products and services to offer informed recommendations.

Collaborate with store leaders to set and achieve sales and margin goals.

Perform in-store print production and maintain Health & Safety, Asset Protection, and Privacy Policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with and sell to customers using all tools and techniques available in our selling model.
• Handle transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including shipping and marketing tools.
• Fulfill customer orders in Print, including filtering orders, handling orders at the counter, and phone orders.
• Ensure machines are stocked with supplies, and catalogue print orders accurately.
• Maintain merchandising and signage standards around print and cash areas.
• Learn and adhere to all standards in the Print and Services areas.

Qualifications

• 3 months to 1 year of prior retail experience (preferred).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
