Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Contribute to the success of the print and customer service areas by utilizing our selling model and learning all products and services to offer informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with store leaders to set and achieve sales and margin goals.
- Perform in-store print production.
- Maintain Health & Safety, Asset Protection, and Privacy Policies.
What You Will Do
- Engage with and sell to customers by offering tailored products and services using all available tools and techniques.
- Handle transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including shipping and marketing tools.
- Manage customer orders in Print, including filtering and processing orders.
- Ensure machines are stocked with necessary supplies and accurately catalog print orders.
- Maintain merchandising and signage standards in print and cash areas.
- Follow all standards in Print and Services areas, ensuring compliance with checklists, audits, and brand standards.
Requirements
- 3 months to 1 year of prior retail experience (preferred).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
