What you will do

• Respond to customer service inquiries over the phone and via web-chat
• Gather information to qualify/disqualify prospective customer leads
• Offer information regarding resources and Zoocasa services
• Provide warm introductions from prospects to our Agents
• Develop knowledge of Zoocasa Agent team and regional areas of specialization
• Book customers for meetings with Realtors
• Collaboratively develop scripts and service offerings for clients
• Follow up with incoming leads and partner referrals
• Conduct a high volume of outbound follow-up calls
• Manage weekly and monthly activity reports

The starting base pay for this position is $34,424 CAD per year in our lowest geographic cost of living market, dependent on factors such as location, experience, skills, and training. Base pay is part of the total compensation package, with room for growth within the role.
