Job summary

ALDO Group in Ontario is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to drive sales and deliver an engaging in-store experience. You will bring energy, style, and a customer-first attitude to create repeat visits and a positive shopping atmosphere.

You will support merchandising, payments, returns and safety procedures, while assisting with restocking and store operations. This role offers part-time hours and opportunities for growth within the brand.

Qualifications

• Retail or service industry experience is preferred.

• Strong customer-first approach and communication are essential.
• Flexibility to work day, night and weekend shifts.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

The Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Part-Time Sales Associate at ALDO is all about driving sales while creating a great in-store experience. You bring the energy, the style, and the attitude that keeps customers coming back.

What You'll Be Doing

• Hit your sales goals and help the team achieve overall targets
• Keep the store looking on point with strong visual merchandising and displays
• Follow all policies and procedures (especially around payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention)
• Support daily operations like restocking and backstore tasks
• Help create a positive, inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome

• Available for day, night, and weekend shifts
