Job summary

ALDO Group in Cookstown is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead to drive store results and support the team. You lead by example by helping hit sales targets, coaching associates, and ensuring every customer has a great shopping experience on the floor.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you take the lead when management isn’t on site, keep operations running smoothly, and help with restocking and visual merchandising.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of hands-on management experience in retail or service.
• Big customer-first energy with a natural ability to connect with people.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a strong customer experience across all channels.
• Coach and support team members through regular feedback and on-the-floor guidance.
• Share insights and feedback with store management to help improve performance.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed (especially around payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention).
• Keep the store looking sharp with strong visual merchandising and displays.
• Support the Store Manager in building a motivated, fashion-focused team.
• Help with day-to-day operations like restocking and backstore tasks.
