Job summary

Mind Games is seeking motivated Seasonal Sales Associates to join our Tanger Outlet Cookstown store. In this role you will greet customers, answer questions, and help shoppers find games, toys, and collectibles to match their interests.

You will operate the POS, restock merchandise, maintain a clean, engaging store, and support the team to hit seasonal sales goals. A passion for pop culture and strong customer service are assets.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is an asset.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Friendly, dependable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Passion or knowledge of pop culture, games, toys, collectibles, and board games is an asset.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Flexible availability during the seasonal period, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, and recommend products based on their interests and needs.
• Operate the POS system and accurately process customer transactions.

• Follow all store policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Assist with opening and closing duties when required.
