Job summary

Designer Brands Canada is seeking a Part-time Sales Associate for The Shoe Co. banner. You will report to the Store Manager and help deliver on service standards, in-store sales, and web orders while maintaining exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced setting.

• Provide a shopping experience that encourages uniquely responsive customer service, compelling merchandise presentation and operational integrity that will encourage positive customer connections and loyalty
• Fosters teamwork, collaboration and change advocacy within the store and district.
• Maintain effective, open lines of communication with the Store Manager.
