Orangetheory Fitness Nanaimo is seeking a Part-Time Membership Associate to greet visitors, drive membership sales, and help guests start their fitness journey in a brand-new studio.

You'll maintain a welcoming environment, assist with light facility upkeep, and contribute to a supportive team that encourages a healthier lifestyle for members and the local community.

About the Role

As a Membership Associate, you’ll be the welcoming face of our club, helping potential members take the first step towards a healthier lifestyle. Your primary responsibilities will include driving membership sales, maintaining our facility in top condition, and ensuring that every person who walks through our doors has an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Membership Sales: Chatting with potential members about what makes Orangetheory so effective and fun, and helping people book their first class.


• Customer Service: Provide a friendly and professional experience for everyone who visits the studio. Your positive attitude and excellent communication skills will make members feel welcome and valued.


• Facility Maintenance: Assist with light cleaning and general upkeep to ensure our studio is always looking its best. You’ll take pride in maintaining a clean, inviting environment for our members.
